We are on 5 beautiful acres, with views of the neighboring vineyard. Located in Shingle Springs, only 15 minutes from Folsom and 35 minutes from downtown Sacramento.
The barn has 8-12'x12' box stalls with rubber mats. Each stall has it's own attached large paddock, approximately 65'x30'. Stalls are bedded with shavings and horses are fed three times a day. Elk Grove Milling Stable Mix is fed morning and night, and grass hay is given mid-day. Additional grain and supplements will be at owner's expense, but fed at no additional charge. Barn also has a secured tack room/office, plus ample storage in the hayloft.
